As a Salesforce Consultant, you will collaborate with Axenon's project managers within business development and the successful adoption and implementation of the Salesforce platform. This role requires a deep understanding of both the technical capabilities of Salesforce and the strategic objectives of the business, ensuring that the solutions devised are not only effective but also aligned with the broader goals of the organization.

Additionally, you will

• Support business development activities.
• Identify customer needs by working with both internal and external teams.
• Engage in pre-sales discovery, documenting both business and functional requirements.
• Provide consulting to clients on cloud architecture.
• Lead business process review sessions to identify user stories/requirements and conceptualize solution designs based on best practices and client needs.
• Ensure optimal use and adherence to best practices across various clouds.
• Utilize standard Salesforce configuration to meet client requirements.
• Perform analysis, cleansing, and insertion of data.

Who are you? 

We are seeking an individual who not only brings extensive experience in consultancy within relevant fields such as technical consultant or business analytics but also possesses a track record of successful engagements and a deep understanding of client needs in various industries.

You probably recognize yourself in the following

• 1-2+ years' hands-on expertise in Salesforce implementations and configurations.
• Experience implementing several Salesforce Cloud solutions such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud and understands their application to business needs.
• Good expertise in crafting Flows to automate processes within the Salesforce platform, along with a solid understanding of how to utilize APEX code to build triggers/batchers for internal or external processes interfacing with other systems’ APIs
• Proficient in articulating technical Salesforce solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Understand on a conceputal / process level how to utilize Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs for custom development and integration
• Skilled in Salesforce data migration and data quality management, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data within Salesforce environments.
• University degree within a relevant IT field such as computer science or information technology.
• Proficient in Swedish.
