We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Director. In this role, you will be responsible our portfolio of client accounts, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Your expertise in Salesforce solutions, exceptional communication skills, and ability to understand clients' business needs will be crucial to your success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and provide strategic guidance on leveraging Salesforce to achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, consulting, and technical teams, to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations with clients, providing insights, recommendations, and reporting on key metrics.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices, and share relevant knowledge and insights with clients.
- Act as a client advocate within the organization, ensuring their needs are effectively communicated and addressed.
- Handle escalations and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and professionally.

Who are you?
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce account management or sales role, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to identify clients' pain points and propose effective solutions.
